FFL Submits Comments on FNPRM and Draft ESL

Funds For Learning has submitted comments for the public record, in direct response to the July 23^rd, 2014 FCC Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making (FNPRM) which sought comments from stakeholders on E-rate program administrative burdens, potential beneficial rule changes, and funding levels. We have also submitted comments regarding the Draft Eligible Services List (ESL) for Funding Year 2015, which was released on August 4^th, 2014 and reflects the recent changes from the FCC 7^th Report and Order.
