The SLD notified 446 applicants and 349 service providers about the status of their FY 2007 applications. In Wave 4 the SLD committed $22 million which was for priority one (telecommunications and Internet access) services. The SLD has committed $341 million has $3.45 billion pending and has denied $2.7 million so far in FY 2007.
