The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) has redesigned its website in order to make it easier to find various reference materials and information regarding the four Programs USAC administers. When you go to www.sl.universalservice.org you will be redirected to www.universalservice.org/sl/. There is a "schools and libraries' section which describes the process and a "service provider" section which provides information that a service provider would need to know in order to participate in the E-rate program.
