USAC issued the thirteenth funding wave for FY 2010 on August 17 2010. Funding wave 013 included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two requests and totaled over $38.5 million, while representing 1,752 requests. This funding wave included 505 applicants, averaging $76,364.47 per applicant and 434 service providers averaging $88,857.28. With the inclusion of funding wave 013, USAC has issued over $1.1 billion in E-rate commitments for funding year 2010.
