Released on December 21, Funding Wave 031 included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two requests with a total funded commitment amount of $75.66 million and a total denied amount of $6.54 million. This funding wave included 257 applicants averaging $294,398.64 per applicant and 358 service providers averaging $211,342.04 per service provider. Including this wave, USAC has approved nearly $2 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY10.
