FY2010 – Funding Wave 038

USAC issued the thirty-eighth funding wave for Funding Year 2010 on February 15, 2011. Funding wave 038 included commitments of $18.4 million for Priority One services and $14.7 million for Priority Two services. Denials for Priority One and Priority Two services totaled $3.9 million. This funding wave included 151 applicants averaging $219,923.45 per applicant and 248 service providers averaging $133,905.00. For Funding wave 038, USAC approved 548 requests and rejected 197 requests. Including this wave, USAC has approved over $2.2 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY10.
