On March 17, USAC announced that their website, including “static pages, Submit a Question, Apply Online, and search functions” will be unavailable from 8:00 pm EDT on Thursday, April 19 to 8:00 am EDT on Monday, April 23. USAC encourages applicants to “finish any online activities” involving the site by Thursday afternoon, or waiting until Monday to start them.
