On December 12, 2012, proposed changes for the FCC Forms 499-A and 499-Q were added to the Federal Register. Comments are due to the Commission by January 11, 2013. The FCC Forms 499-A and 499-Q are filed by providers of telecommunications and Interconnected VoIP services.
