On September 3, 2013, the FCC released a Public Notice stating Larry Lehmann has agreed to disbarment from the E-rate program for a ten year period commencing July 31, 2013. This decision is based on an August 6, 2013 Department of Justice settlement where Lehmann admitted to fraudulent E-rate program participation related to several Houston Independent School District’s E-rate funded projects from 2004 to 2006.
