On April 18, 2014, The FCC Released a Notice of Request that the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), an independent federal agency, is seeking access to USAC’s E-rate data. Specifically, IMLS would like information regarding all the Form 471 Item 21 information as well as Program Integrity Assurance data in order to conduct policy and data analysis.
