On May 8, 2014, the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) met with FCC officials to discuss E-rate reform. More specifically, NECA discussed tariff pricing, terms, conditions and rates as it pertains to their members working with schools and libraries. NECA also discussed the E-rate’s bidding regulations and how that works with the current E-rate process tied to applicants receiving tariff services.
