Funds For Learning offers many free E-rate resources to help applicants through the funding process, while wrapping up funding from prior years, learning the new E-rate rules and eligibility guidelines, and making sense of new forms.
Category Two Budget Calculator, Search and Other Tools
We have developed a new Category Two Budget Calculator to help you estimate how much you will have in your C2 budget, either based on the custom data that you provide or from a previous application.
Finding information from the latest Eligible Service List (ESL) is easy with our ESL Search tool – simply select the funding year and type in your search terms to see how the ESL handles the eligibility for that item.
We also have easy to use tools for finding the contact information for an E-rate applicant Billed Entity Number (BEN) or Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Our tool allows you to easily search the information from USAC’s BEN and SPIN database, helping you ensure that your E-rate application contains the most accurate information.
You can find these, and other E-rate tools on our web site here.
