The SLD announced that Craig Davis will be the new Vice President of the SLD starting on August 1, 2016 and Mel Blackwell will remain as an advisor to USAC through the remainder of the year. On April 27, 2016, the SLD announced that Mel Blackwell would be stepping down once a replacement had been found.
Craig Davis had been the Vice President of the Rural Healthcare Program.
