On February 7, Senator Nelson (D-FL) sent FCC Chairman Pai a letter detailing his concern with Chairman Pai’s action to rescind the FCC E-rate Progress report that was released on January 19. Senator Nelson stated that “…as FCC Chairman, you are now the steward of the E-rate program. It is without question the single most important education technology program in the country…”
