On March 13, 2018, USAC released an RFP and is possibly looking to replace Solix, their current contractor that handles the commitment and post commitment application and invoicing process. Solix has been the contractor for these USAC services since 1998. The RFP deadline was originally May 11, 2018, but has been extended until May 25, 2018.

The work commencement date has changed from August 1, 2018 to between August 15 through August 31, 2018.
