On August 2, 2019, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the fourth quarter of 2019. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $59.56 million in 4Q 2019. The Schools and Libraries portion is 41.6% of the total budget estimated at $24.95 million. USAC further estimates that there is $1 billion available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2020 from prior funding years.
