On November 2, 2020, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2021. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $58.91 million in 4Q 2020, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.79 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2020 from prior funding years.
