The FCC issued a public notice on November 24, 2020, announcing Chairman Pai appointed six members to the USAC board of directors. The new members are: Geoffrey A. Feiss, Montana Telecommunications Association; Joseph Gillan, Gillan Associates; Ellis Jacobs, Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc.; Michael Skrivan, Consolidated Communications; Joan H. Wade, Ed.D., Association of Educational Service Agencies; and Katharine Hsu Wibberly, Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center.
