On January 29, 2021, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the second quarter of 2021. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $60.58 million in 2Q 2021, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.74 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2020 from prior funding years.
