On November 2, 2021, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2022. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $55.57 million in 1Q 2022, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $18.98 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2021 from prior funding years.
