On January 24, 2022, USAC released further documentation from the January 24, 2022, USAC Schools and Libraries Committee meeting. Each quarter the USAC Schools and Libraries Committee meets to discuss important E-rate issues and provide guidance and support to the Schools and Libraries Division at USAC. A briefing book is a document that provides background information, statistics, and program updates, useful for program stakeholders, however, the briefing book does exclude all materials discussed in Executive Session.
