On January 31, 2022, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the second quarter of 2022. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $58.09 million in 2Q2022, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.26 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2021 from prior funding years.
