On March 16, 2022, the FCC released an Order granting a Motion for Extension of Time. The Motion, filed by E-rate Stakeholder organizations, requested 30 additional days to file comments and reply comments on the proposed E-rate bidding portal. The E-rate bidding portal Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) was published in the Federal Register on January 27 and established March 28, 2022 as the deadline for filing the initial comments and April 27, 2022 as the deadline for reply comments. The new deadline for filing Comments is April 27, 2022 and the deadline for filing Reply Comments is May 27, 2022.
