On May 2, 2022, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the third quarter of 2022. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $61.60 million in third quarter of 2022, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $20.96 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2022 from prior funding years.
