On November 14, 2022, USAC announced that E-rate applicants are currently unable to complete certification of Form 470 in EPC. USAC is actively working to resolve the issue.

EPC Form 470 Error Resolved: USAC reports that the issue that was preventing E-rate applicants from certifying their Form 470 has been resolved. E-rate applicants who experienced technical difficulty while trying to certify their forms are encouraged to login in to EPC and certify their forms.
