USAC’s record-breaking year for E-rate funding commitments continues, with more than $2.68 billion in FY2022 funds committed by November 15, 2022. Funding Year 2022’s commitment pace bests last year’s record of $2.4 billion in the same timeframe.
In addition to issuing faster funding commitments, E-rate applicants report high satisfaction with USAC’s customer service. In Funds For Learning’s annual applicant survey for 2022, 83% of applicants report they are satisfied or very satisfied with USAC’s service.
