On June 22, 2023, the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation will hold a hearing to consider nominations for the Federal Communications Commission. The nominees under consideration are:
- Anna Gomez – FCC Commissioner
- Brendan Carr – FCC Commissioner (reappointment)
- Geoffrey Starks – FCC Commissioner (reappointment)
- Fara Damelin – FCC Inspector General
