On November 7, 2023, USAC issued a news brief, notifying E-rate applicants and service providers about the completed system consolidation. The E-rate Productivity Center portal (EPC) was unavailable to all E-rate users from November 3, 2023 through November 7 at 9:00 am EST. In their briefing, USAC noted that it had completed the E-rate systems consolidation to move the E-rate Legacy systems into the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC), including all invoicing functionality. All E-rate transactions can now be completed through EPC.
