At the halfway mark for the Funding Year 2024 application filing window applicants nationwide had certified 8,967 Forms 471, outpacing FY2023 by 5% and FY2022 by 23%:
The increase is due in part to more applicants filing early Forms, with more than 500 applicants filing in the first half of the FY2024 window than in FY2023:
