On February 4, 2025, USAC announced that the E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) site will be unavailable on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 6 p.m. to Saturday, February 22, 12 p.m. ET for system maintenance. During this time, E-rate participants will not be able to gain access to the portal during the planned system maintenance.
