On October 31, 2025, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2026. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $61.52 million for first quarter of 2026, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.76 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2025 from prior funding years.
