The Schools and Libraries Division announced Sept. 8 that there would be no funding commitment wave this week. This is the second time in less than two months that there has been no weekly wave. The last time, Aug. 11, marked the first time in Year Three that a wave commitment was not issued. The SLD began issuing funding commitments for Year Three in April, 2000.
