The Schools and Libraries Division has created a tool on its Website to help schools and libraries identify persons and organizations who are authorized to review and approve technology plans, an E-rate program requirement.
For most public schools and libraries, the state department of education or library system fulfills that role. However, the tool also provides the names of persons or organizations authorized to review the plans of private, religious and Bureau of Indian Affairs schools. The tool is located at http://www.sl.universalservice.org/reference/tech/default.asp.
