Funds For Learning March 11 submitted comments to the Federal Communications Commission in response to its Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning the E-rate program. As part of its submission, Funds For Learning provided the FCC with a web-based calculator, based on detailed information on the level of demand for four years of the program, to help the FCC estimate the potential impact of proposals to revise the discount matrix for internal connections.
