The SLD notified over 300 applicants and service providers about the status of their 2006 funding commitments. The SLD committed $13 million in wave 12 and still has close to $3 billion pending in 2006. There is no indication when the SLD will start issuing priority two funding commitments.
A few applicants have already started to get reimbursed for the 2006 funding year. The SLD has disbursed $103,000 so far in 2006.
