The SLD sent funding commitment decision letters to three applicants committing $41,580 all for priority one services. The three applicants came from New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. In Funding Year 2004, the SLD has committed $2,283,541,952 and has $225,897,695 pending. The last 2004 funding wave was on April 11 and the SLD will continue to release 2004 funding waves until all applications are processed.
