This week the SLD released wave 66 for FY 2005 notifying 1418 applicants and 718 service providers about the status of their 2005 requests. The SLD committed close to $174 million in this wave with the bulk of the commitments consisting of priority two requests at the 80% discount level. The SLD has committed $2,031,005,048 and has $263,594,185 still pending in FY 2005. USAC previously has reported that they do not have the funds to commit priority two requests below the 80% discount level.
