The SLD has announced that Service Providers can now access Items 21 submitted online for funding requests associated with their SPIN(s). Service Providers who have access to USAC's E-File portal can log in to see their online Item 21 data.
The Items 21 can be accessed for Funding Year 2009 and future years if they are filed online via the SLD's website (not on paper). Service providers will not have access to Item 21 information submitted for FRNs other than those associated with their SPIN(s).
It remains unclear how the Online Item 21 system will handle SPIN Changes and whether the new service provider associated with a funding request will have access to the Item 21 data that was submitted for the original service provider on the request.
