USAC issued its most recent funding wave for FY2010 on June 15, 2010. In Wave 004, a total of $37.35 million was funded with only $.58 million denied. This latest funding wave represents 808 applicants with an average funding commitment per applicant of $46,224.19. Of the requests processed, 2,885 requests were approved, while 71 were rejected.
This wave includes commitments for approved Priority One requests only. In total, since the first FY10 wave was issued, USAC has approved $567.12 million in E-rate funding commitments.
