Wave 039 for Funding Year 2010 was released on February 22, 2011. This wave included Priority One and Priority Two requests totaling over $39M in funding commitments. The funding wave represented 209 applicants and 278 service providers, averaging $190,564.46 and $143,266.09 per request respectively. The wave denied 197 requests for a total of $14.4 million. Including this wave, USAC has approved over $2.2 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY10.
