SLD Releases Second Wave of FY11, Commits $58M

On June 28 the SLD released the second Funding Year 2011 priority one funding wave committing $58 million notifying 1,111 applicants and 641 service providers. The SLD denied $3.1 million this second wave which affected 84 applicants and 70 service providers.
