This week the SLD notified 348 applicants and 367 service providers about the status of their E-rate applications. Three funding waves affected applicants and service providers from FY 2007, 2009 and 2011.
As of August 24, 2011, FY 2007 totals include:
- Committed: $2,445,685,846.84
- Disbursed: $1,905,347,186.23
- Denied: $1,204,230,072.80
- Pending: $62,574,519.00

- Committed: $2,886,981,015.41
- Disbursed: $2,045,315,181.85
- Denied: $814,327,339.69
- Pending: $195,678,476.66
As of August 24, 2011, FY 2011 totals include:

- Denied: $33,550,222.31
