The Form 471 filing window closes at 11:59 EDT tonight. Many applicants are currently experiencing technical difficulties using the USAC online Item 21 DOS submission tool. USAC is aware of the issue and asks that applicants continue their attempts throughout the evening.
Applicants who are unsuccessful in submitting their Item 21 applications today will be given a grace period. USAC will provide written instruction and a specific deadline to applicants who need additional time. Applicants also can report failed transmissions to USAC via the Submit A Question tool.
