The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), which administers the Universal Service Fund – including the E-rate program, has announced the appointment of their new Chief Executive Officer. On August 25th, 2014 FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler approved the USAC board nomination of Chris Henderson as the new CEO of USAC. He will begin his duties with USAC on September 3rd, 2014.
