Today, we submitted the results of our fifth nationwide survey of E-rate applicants to the FCC. We are doing things a little differently this year.
- We combined the survey results with custom analysis of the FY2015 E-rate funding request data. In previous years, we submitted the two separately; however, combining the two data sets into one analysis paints a more complete picture of the E-rate program, circa FY2015.
- We are publishing the anonymous survey response data in its raw form. In doing so, we hope others will join in the discussion. We would love to hear your interpretation of the survey responses. You can download the raw data file here. (NOTE: The survey was an anonymous. Therefore, we have removed data fields that could potentially reveal the identity of individual respondents.)
It in the best interest of students and library patrons that there be a well-informed community of E-rate stakeholders. Please take the time to review our analysis and let us know what you think.
