FCC Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice seeking comments on Category Two budget system. The comments were due October 23rd. Dozens of stakeholders responded to the Public Notice. Funds For Learning, filed joint comments with the Consortium for School Networking and the Education Superhighway.
