USAC has announced that Catriona Ayer will serve as Acting Vice-President of the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD), overseeing administration of the federal E-rate funding program. Ms. Ayer is the longest standing member of the current leadership team and has been a part of the E-rate program since its earliest days. She will replace Craig Davis who will now serve as USAC’s Vice President of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. This change was effective as of November 6, 2017.
