The SLD announced that the FY2019 Form 471 Filing Window will open on Wednesday, January 16 at 12:00 noon and close Wednesday, March 27 at 11:59 PM EDT. The application window will be open for 70 days. In addition, the Administrative Window, which allows applicants to make changes to their EPC profiles, will close Tuesday, January 15 at 11:59 PM EST.
The FY2019 Form 471 Filing Window dates follow closely to the FY2018 window which was open for 71 days. Applicants who have not started their E-rate procurement cycle are advised to start the process and must wait a minimum of 28 days before entering into an agreement once the Form 470 is posted.
