Applicants are reminded that the “administrative window” for updating applicant profile information in USAC’s EPC system will be closing on January 13, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. EST. The annual Form 471 filing window opens on January 15, 2020, at 12:00 noon EST. Schools and libraries who have not yet updated their profile information are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
The applicant profile contains information about school and library sites, including enrollment and NSLP/CEP information (for schools) and facility square footage (for libraries.) If an applicant needs to add or remove sites from the profile, they must contact USAC via an EPC customer service ticket or via phone at 888-203-8100.
