As of November 15, 2020, USAC has processed 37,305 E-rate applications, or 91% of the forms submitted, for funding year 2020. Commitments total $1.89 billion. By comparison, last year, as of November 15, there had been 35,544 applications processed by USAC for a total of $1.92 billion. In general, the pace of commitments is similar to the past two years, albeit slightly behind them both. This is most likely a result of the delayed close of the funding year 2020 filing window because the COVID-19 pandemic.
